The registration will not be formally finished until the payment has been done. Once this requisite is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please, take into account that the price will change depending on the date of payment. Late payments are more expensive.

You can pay you registration either by credit card or by bank transfer. You can find below the necessary data for the latter. In case of bank transfer, please e-mail us (firstname.lastname@example.org) indicating date of transfer, amount and the name of the participant. Use your name and ‘EMSLIBS 2021’ as transfer concept. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your money.

If the Congress has to be cancelled, participants will receive a 97% refund of the registration fee paid. In such a situation the Organizing Committee will not be responsible for other possible expenses such as travelling or accommodation reservations.
Cancellation of Registration
In case you cannot attend the conference, you can transfer your registration to another person with your same membership level. If you decide not to transfer your registration, you can request a refund of your registration fee. This requires that you send us a written request via email (email@example.com). There will be no exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy due to travel issues, natural disasters, or others.
If you submit the refund request after October 1st 2021, we will refund 50% of the registration fee.
No registration fee refund will be considered after November 15th 2021.
It will take 2 to 4 weeks to process your refund.
Transfer of registration
All fully paid registration are transferable to other persons. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writting to firstname.lastname@example.org . Details must include the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. Transfers will not be possible 15 days before the conference beginning.
